Friday, April 28th —Serger Play Day— SERGE IT! Tablerunner—10:00 to 3:00 — Experience the decorative and utility stitches of your overlocker while you create a lovely table runner. 52 in x 19.5 in . This class is full of techniques and tips! Cost: $20.00 plus supplies & pattern.

Seasonal Swirls
Thursday, May 4th and June 15th — Embroidery Club—Seasonal Swirls—10:00 to 3:00— Quickly make 4 quilted placemats at a time, using one of 4 seasonal designs that will charm and delight. This is an easy way to learn the basics of Edge-to-Edge quilting technique. Includes 4 embroidery and appliqué embellishments, and 4 quilting designs in 2 sizes: 6.20” x 10.5” and 6.0” x 6.5”. Cost: $20.00 plus pattern/designs and supplies

Fridays, May 5th, 19th, 26th, June 2nd, 16th, 23rd and July 7th— Beginning Quilting—10:00 to 2:00—Do you want to make a quilt but don’t have a clue about how to begin? Learn rotary cutting techniques, machine piecing, marking your quilt design, basting, machine quilting and binding. Plan to leave with a competed quilt. Seven 4 hour sessions. Cost: $75.00

Saturday, May 6th— Kimberbell Event—Vintage Flora— 10:00 to 3:30 — Bring your mothers, daughters, grandmothers, and friends to Kimberbell’s Vintage Flora! At this Event, you’ll create a classic zipper pouch, with scalloped quilting and eyelet lace. You’ll also make an heirloom purse topped by a brass metal clasp! Choose one of two floral designs to embellish your purse, then take additional designs with you to stitch later! Made in 4×4 and 5×7 embroidery hoops, both event projects are classy for every generation. Cost of Class: $99.00 Includes kit and lunch

Thursdays, May 11th, 18th, 25th, June 1st, 8th and 29th— Beginning Sewing—10:00 to 2:00— This is a great class to learn your machine and make easy to create projects, tote bags, pillowcases, and zipper pouches. Six 4 hour sessions. Cost: $95.00.

Friday, May 12th and June 9th—Bernina Club — Charade Bag—10:00 to 3:00 — Choose between two sizes, a crossbody or a tote. This stylish bag also features corner accents, an adjustable shoulder strap, exterior and interior pockets, and optional rivets. We will be quilting this bag as well! Charade is a curvy purse that has been designed for beginners! The finished size of the crossbody is 10" wide, 10" high, and 3" deep. The finished size of the tote is 13" wide, 13" high, and 4" deep. It features a magnetic snap closure, two interior zipper pockets, corner accents, and an adjustable crossbody strap. Cost: $25.00 plus pattern and supplies.

Saturday, May 13th—Newcastle Table Runner —10:00 to 3:00— Easy, fun, looks great! What’s not to like? Join me for a one day class on making this beautiful table runner! Did I mention that a jelly roll speeds the fun along? Class cost is $20.00 plus pattern and supplies.

Saturday, May 20th—Hopscotch Table Runner —10:00 to 3:00— Fast and easy runner! Grab a charm pack (5" squares), a background, and a feature fabric. Use a feature fabric or panel squares for the centers of the stars to give them a completely different look! This runner goes together super fast, sure to be your go-to runner pattern. Imagine all the different possibilities you can do with Halloween, Christmas, fall, spring etc.! Class cost is $20.00 plus pattern and supplies.

Saturday, May 27th—Longarm Club—10:00 to 12:00 — Open to anyone that has or is interested in owning a longarm or midarm. Bring Show & Tell and your questions. Our program Is “I can’t do feathers! What else can I do?!” Cost: Free

Tuesday May 30th—Time for nine—V9 Software—Back to basics—10:00 to 2:00—Join Debbi Lashbrook, BERNINA Software Specialist revisit the basics of embroidery software The class will cover basic tips when using the software to create embroidery designs. Tips for lettering, tips for digitizing, tips for organizing your design files, and tips for computer upkeep and back-up will be included Cost: $20.00 This is a software class.

Tuesdays, June 6th and 13th—Double Wedding Ring -10-00 to 3:00—So you always wanted to make a Double Wedding Ring block but were intimidated. There is hope! This class will use the CutRite Templates to show you a new and easier way. We will make a 16” block to get you on your way. It can be finished as a wall hanging, table topper or a lovely pillow. Advanced intermediate skill required. Cost: $45.00

Tuesday, June 20th—Rope Bowl—10:00 to 3:00 — Here's a fun way to make baskets and bowls to use for many things or a great homemade gift for any occasion. You will learn how to join the rope, how to start and finish off and how to make handles and/or decorations! Class cost is $20.00.

Thursday, June 22nd—Heart’s Afire quilting—10:00 to 3:00 — The embroidery is done but what about the quilting?? Open to those who took the 15 part Heart’s Afire class from us only.
